Execution
Ratomizer is a web service for serveral tools related to Rule-Based modeling. The centerpiece of these tools is the Atomization service located at http://ratomizer.appspot.com/translate. Using these tool a user can upload an SBML using the webform provided
After a file has been uploaded and atomized, the user is shown an Atomization refinement interface
